Return Policy for Disposables, Liquids, and Pods

All disposables, liquids, and pods are final sale upon delivery. We understand that defects can occur, and we are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product. 

Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item out of the box, we will gladly exchange it for you.
- To process an exchange, the defective item must be returned to our store for testing.
- Once we confirm the defect, we will exchange the item for a new one.
- Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item will be at the customer’s expense.
